🛒 Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice (cooled)

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp urad dal (split black gram)

2 dried red chilies

2 green chilies (slit)

¼ tsp turmeric powder

2 tbsp peanuts

Juice of 1–2 lemons

Salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Add urad dal, chana dal, and peanuts. Fry until golden.
